Q. What shipping methods do you use? 
A. All orders are shipped via FedEx ground and take between 4-10 business days for delivery in the Continental US. If there should be any delay in shipment or if products are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately via email or telephone. The shipping rates are based on real-time FedEx calculations based on weight and the zip code being shipped to.
