Return Policy

If you are not happy with an item* for any reason, simply return it in the original condition it was received within 10 days of the receipt of merchandise for a refund or an exchange (credited amount will not include the original shipping fees).

*Except for personalized items.

NOTE:
For a refund or exchange you must contact customer service for issuance of a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with your return/exchange.

Please provide your order number, or other order details when contacting our customer service department.

Packages without an RA number will not be accepted.
